Do you offer lessons for people with additional needs?
Yes. We offer lessons for both children and adults with additional needs.

What kinds of needs do you cater to?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible and welcome students with a wide range of additional needs. Each student is considered on an individual basis to ensure we can provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

What is required from the parent or student?
Parents or students must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect participation in lessons.

Important note:
Failure to disclose relevant medical or health information may result in lessons being suspended or terminated to ensure the safety of the student and others.

All lessons must be booked in advance, either by email, phone, or in person. A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or text from us.

When is payment due?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This applies to all lessons, including “pay as you go” sessions, which must also be paid in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments via our reception card machine, and cash.

30-Minute Lessons

• Single lesson: £38

• 5-lesson pack: £175

45-Minute Lessons

• Single lesson: £55

• 5-lesson pack: £260

• 10-lesson pack: £500

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

What if a lesson is cancelled late?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson start time, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson (no-shows), will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling available.

What happens if the Club cancels a lesson?
If a lesson is cancelled by the Club due to instructor illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund for that lesson or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

How long do packages last?
5-lesson packages expire after 2 months.
10-lesson packages expire after 4 months.

Does a package guarantee a time?
Yes. Purchasing a lesson package reserves the same weekly time slot for the duration of the package.
